It’s a blessing that in the crater lakes region, that we have a variety of sceneries that attracts many people from within and outside the country who come to see them. These sceneries are; Kibale Forest national park which is the home of chimpanzees (Apes), very many crater lakes with different sizes and depth, different species of moneys and it’s the only place in Uganda where you can find the endangered red colobus monkeys, we are also blessed to have the different species of birds of which people think some went extinct like the great blue turaco and the black and white casqued hornbill.
