From the moment you leave Kampala or Entebbe, you will discover Uganda beyond the ordinary — meeting local communities, enjoying scenic countryside drives, and experiencing one of Africa's most spectacular wildlife destinations with our experienced local guides.
Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Kampala, Entebbe, or another agreed location.
Travel north through Uganda's beautiful countryside, passing local markets, villages, and farmland. Along the way, experience the daily life of Ugandan communities and enjoy opportunities to purchase fresh local fruits and produce.
Optional stop: Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where you can enjoy a guided rhino tracking experience and learn about Uganda's rhino conservation efforts.
Continue to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda's largest protected area.
Upon arrival, visit the famous Top of Murchison Falls, where the River Nile forces its way through a narrow gorge before creating one of Africa's most powerful waterfalls. Enjoy spectacular views, photography opportunities, and the sound of the rushing waters.
Later, continue to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Wake up early for an exciting morning game drive through the northern plains of Murchison Falls National Park.
Explore the savannah landscapes in search of Uganda's iconic wildlife, including: Lions, Elephants, Buffaloes, and Giraffes among others.
After the game drive, return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch.
In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari along the River Nile towards the base of Murchison Falls. The cruise provides excellent wildlife viewing opportunities, including hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and numerous bird species.
Depending on your interests and available time, you may also choose to hike to the top of the falls from the river side.
Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart for Budongo Forest, part of the greater Murchison Falls conservation area.
At the forest headquarters, you will meet your ranger guide and receive a briefing before entering the rainforest in search of chimpanzees.
The trek takes you through beautiful tropical forest scenery while searching for chimpanzees and other forest species. Once the chimpanzees are located, you will spend time observing their behaviour in their natural environment.
After the trek, return to your lodge and relax after an exciting rainforest adventure.

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe.
Enjoy a final drive through Uganda's landscapes, with a possible short game viewing opportunity as you exit the park.
